Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, free from damage, and returned in their original packaging together with any accessories, manuals, labels, and related materials supplied with the product.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase, including invoices, receipts, or order confirmations, must be provided when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are generally non-returnable due to their nature or customization requirements. These may include customized packaging products, special-order items, made-to-order products, printed packaging, clearance items, and products sold under liquidation or promotional campaigns where stated.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.

If a product is damaged during transit, defective upon receipt, missing components, or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the order.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging images, or other supporting documentation to facilitate the investigation process.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our customer support team and provide relevant order information. Return shipments should not be sent without prior authorization.

Once approved, customers will receive instructions regarding return procedures and shipping arrangements.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and payment providers.

In certain situations, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or replacement products.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability relating to any returned product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product. We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.
